Anggaran Dua Item Pekerjaan Dinas Perkim Sumsel Dikurangi

PALEMBANG – Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Oktafiansyah mengatakan, dalam pembahasan anggaran pendapatan belanja daerah (APBD) Perubahan tahun 2021 ini terdapat beberapa pengurangan pekerjaan di dinas Perumahan dan Pemukiman (Perkim) Sumsel. 

Beberapa pekerjaan yang dikurangi anggaran tersebut yakni, pekerjaan tiang pancang pembangunan Masjid Sriwijaya dan pembangunan tiang pancang perkantoran Keramasan.

“Dua item itu yang terpaksa kita kurangi anggarannya pada APBD – Perubahan, karena belum ada izin amdal, dan memang dari awal kami tolak penganggarannya,” katanya, Kamis (23/9/2021).

Politisi PKB Sumsel ini menambahkan, alasan pihaknya tidak mengganggarkan dua item pekerjaan itu lantaran anggaran APBD induk di Dinas Perkim baru terserap 80 persen.

“Komisi IV DPRD Sumsel menyoroti kinerja PU Perkim yang terjadi pengurangan Anggaran, alasannya karena baru terserap kurang lebih 80 persen di APBD Induk tahun 2021,” ujarnya.

Okta menuturkan, untuk anggaran di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga dan Tata Ruang (PU BM&TR) Sumsel terjadi peningkatan cukup baik.

“Lain di Dinas PU BM&TR yang terjadi peningkatan cukup baik, karena untuk tahun 2021 ini, selain untuk pemeliharaan juga dianggarkan untuk pembayaran hutang pekerjaan fisik tahun lalu kepada pihak ketiga,” tuturnya.

Jika dilihat untuk ruas jalan dari arah Kabupaten Lahat, Pagar Alam dan Kabupaten Empat Lawang saat ini sudah mulai bagus, meskipun masih terdapat kendala lain yang dihadapi, dan itu karena masalah Alam.

“Untuk daerah tersebut sering terjadi gejala alam seperti tanah longsor, namun kita sudah melakukan koordinasi dengan Dinas PU BM&TR untuk segera memperbaiki infrastruktur yang terkena dampak dari kejadian alam itu,” ungkapnya. (HRW)
