Wagub Ajak Pramuka Aktif Tekan Penyebaran Covid-19

PALEMBANG – Momen peringatan hari jadi Pramuka ke-60 tahun 2021 hendaknya benar-benar dimanfaatkan Pramuka untuk membuktikan perannya dalam menekan penyebaran Covid 19 di seluruh penjuru Sumsel. 

Pernyataan itu disampaikan Wakil Gubernur Sumsel H. Mawardi Yahya, usai menjadi Inspektur Upacara pada peringatan Hari Pramuka ke-60 Tahun 2021 Tingkat Daerah Sumsel yang dipusatkan di Lapangan Merdeka Alun-Alun Utara Kota Pagaralam, secara virtual, dari Griya Agung Kamis (19/8/2021) pagi.

“Ini saatnya Pramuka ikut membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat. Caranya dengan membuat program sosialisasi hingga level kab/kota. Bukan hanya ke SMA dan SMP tapi ke SD juga mengenai pemahaman soal PPKM dan mengajak masyarakat disiplin prokes dengan menerapkan 3M,” tuturnya.

Lebih jauh Mawardi mengatakan, selain aktif membantu pemerintah menghadapi pandemi Covid keluarga besar gerakan Pramuka dapat menjadikan momentum bersejarah ini untuk meningkatkan peran Pramuka dalam sebagai organisasi pendidikan dan kaum muda yang aktif mendidik dan membina guna membangun tunas bangsa yang berkepribadian dan berkarakter siap menjadi garda terdepan dalam menjaga ideologi bangsa demi utuhnya NKRI.

Meski masih dapat bergembira karena masih bisa merayakan hari jadi di tengah pandemi, namun Pramuka kata Mawardi juga harus tetap disiplin menahan diri, prihatin, dan berusaha membantu menanggulangi pandemi.

Hal ini juga sesuai dengan tema peringatan HUT Pramuka Tahun 2021 yakni “Pramuka Berbakti Tanpa Henti Memasuki Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru dengan Kedisiplinan dan Kepedulian Nasional”.

“Pramuka memang bukan organisasi bantuan sosial namun seperti disebutkan dalam kode kehormatan berupa Satya dan Darma Pramuka, Pramuka tetap harus menunjukkan baktinya membantu mereka yang membutuhkan bantuan,” ujar Mawardi.

Selain mengucapkan selamat hati jadi, dalam kesempatan itu Wagub Sumsel Mawardi Yahya yang juga Wakil Ketua Majelis Pembimbing Daerah (Wakamabida) Kwarda Sumsel mengajak segenap anggota Pramuka untuk tetap disiplin menerapkan prokes. Serta membuat kegiatan yang tidak melanggar protokol kesehatan namun tetap riang gembira.

“Karena selain menumbuhkan semangat, kegiatan Pramuka juga dapat meningkatkan imunitas,” jelasnya.

Sementara itu dari Pagaralam, Ketua Majelis Pembimbing Cabang (Kamabicab) Pramuka Kota Pagaralam yang juga Walikota Pagaralam Alvian Maskoni mengatakan HUT Pramuka kali ini diharapkan semakin menumbuhkan semangat semua anggota gerakan Pramuka. Sehingga meski masih dalam situasi pandemi Pramuka tetap dapat produktif, inovatif berkarya dan terdepan menjadi generasi yang menjaga NKRI.

“Terima kasih juga kami ucapkan kepada Kwarda Sumsel yang sudah memilih Kota Pagaralam sebagai tuan rumah. Walaupun saat ini kita masih dihadapkan pandemi namun dengan penerapan prokes kita masih dapat melaksanakan kegiatan sebagaimana mestinya,” ucap Alvian.

Melalui momen ini Dia juga berharap semakin dapat meningkatkan kepedulian anggota Pramuka dan masyarakat secara umum untuk tetap  kompak menghadapi pandemi.

Sementara itu Plh Ketua Kwarda Pramuka Sumsel, Riza Pahlevi mengatakan puncak peringatan HUT Pramuka ke-60 Tingkat Daerah Sumsel diisi dengan berbagai macam rangkaian kegiatan di antaranya anjangsana ke panti jompo dan tokoh Pramuka Sumsel, pembagian masker dan vitamin, ziarah ke makam pahlawan, tabur bunga hingga pemberian vaksin.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut sepuluh tokoh diberikan berbagai penghargaan dari Kwartir Nasional (Kwarnas) maupun Kwarda atas dharma bakti pada Gerakan Pramuka. Di antaranya lencana Karya Bakti,  Lencana Melati, Lencana Dharma Bakti, Panca Warsa dan sejumlah penghargaan lainnya. Tokoh tersebut antara lain, Wakil Ketua Kwarda Sumsel yang juga Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sumsel Aufa Syahrizal SP. MSc, Kadinkes Provinsi Sumsel Lesty Nurainy, Asisten III Setda Pemprov Sumsel Prof Edward Juliartha, Bupati Banyuasin Askolani, Ketua DPRD Kota Pagaralam Jenny Shandiyah dan sejumlah tokoh lainnya.

Hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut antara lain Wakil Ketua Kwarda Sumsel Rusli Nawi, Wakil Ketua Kwarda Sumsel Drs.Akhmad Yusuf dan Wakil Ketua Binamuda Kwarda Sumsel H.M. Giri Ramanda Kiemas.
