PALEMBANG – Untuk menghindari penyebaran virus Covid-19 ditengah Pandemi, Kompetisi multi event Lomba Kompetensi Siswa (LKS) SMK 2021 tingkat Sumsel memberlakukan peserta wajib antigen.

Pada LKS SMK 2021 Tingkat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 10-15 Juni 2021, SMK Negeri 6 Palembang merupakan yang merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan yang ditunjukk sebagai tuan rumah untuk bidang lomba
memasak, kecantikan dan tata rambut. Hal tersebut diungkap Kepala SMKN 6 Palembang Zulfikri.

Dikatakan Zulfikri, kompetisi ini tak hanya diikuti oleh beberapa SMK di Palembang tapi juga bbeberapa SMK yang ada di 17 kabupaten dan kota di Sumsel.

Sesuai dengan ketentuan dan untuk menghindari penyebaran virus corona yang sampai sekarang masih mewabah kata Zulfikri semua pesert termasuk pembimbing dan juga juri harus antigen.

“Jadi semua harus antigen, termasuk pembimbing. Karena ini langsung, jadi menggunakan protokol kesehatan yang ketat,” ujarnya.

Ia menambahkan bahwa sejauh ini persiapan sudah hampir 100 persen baik tempat atau pun teknis penyelengaraan. Selain menjadi tuan rumah, siswa-siswinya juga disiapkan untuk mengikuti lomba tersebut yang saat ini telah menjalani latihan khusus.

“Tahun kemarin kita dapa harapan 2, tahun ini kita berharap juara 1, 2 atau 3. Tentu harapannya juga jadi wakil Sumsel dan juara nasional,” harapnya.
