PALEMBANG – Kasus penangkapan Heriyanti, anak mendiang Akidi Tio yang berniat menyerahkan bantuan sebesar Rp 2 triliun untuk penanganan Covid-19 di Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel), mencuat ke publik.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Direktur Intel Polda Sumsel Kombes Pol Ratno Kuncoro mengatakan, dirinya turut memimpin penelusuran kebenaran komitmen penyerahan donasi Rp 2 triliun.
Hal tersebut dilakukan, setelah Heriyanti bersama dokter pribadi keluarga Akidi Tio, Prof Hardi Dermawan, menyerahkan bantuan secara simbolis pada hari Senin (26/7/2021) di Mapolda Sumsel.
Bahkan Kombes Pol Ratno Kuncoro dalam konferensi pers di kantor Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Sumsel menegaskan, jika anak mendiang Akidi Tio, Heriyanti, sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
“Status tersangka (Heriyanti). Sekarang tersangka masih dalam pemeriksaan. Inisial Prof HD masih diperiksa di Polda Sumsel,” ucapnya kepada para awak media, Senin (2/8/2021).
Dia juga mengatakan, informasi selanjutnya terkait hasil penyelidikan dari tim Polda Sumsel, akan diungkap dalam rilis dari Kapolda Sumsel, pada Senin sore sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB.
Namun, saat pers konferensi di Mapolda Sumsel, Kapolda Sumsel Irjen Pol Eko Indra Heri tidak hadir, dan hanya diwakili oleh Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Humas Polda Sumsel Kombes Pol Supriyadi dan Direktur Dirkrimum Polda Sumsel Kombes Pol Hizar Siallagan
Dia menegaskan, jika informasi terkait anak mendiang Akidi Tio, Heriyanti, yang dijadikan tersangka dalam dugaan informasi fiktif, adalah tidak benar.
“Ibu Heryanti kita undang ke Polda Sumsel, bukan kita tangkap. Kita garis bawahi, kita tidak menangkap, tapi mengundangnya ke Polda Sumsel untuk klarifikasi, terkait rencana penyerahan dana Rp 2 triliun melalui Bilyet Giro Bank Mandiri,” ucapnya.
Terkait perbedaan informasi yang disampaikan Dir Intel Polda Sumsel dan Kabid Humas Polda Sumsel, Kombes Supriyadi menegaskan, jika hanya ada dua orang yang punya kewenangan untuk mengeluarkan statement resmi dari Polda Sumsel.
Yaitu dari Kapolda Sumsel dan Kabid Humas Polda Sumsel. Sedangkan terkait proses penyidikan, yang berkewenangan adalah Dirkrimum Polda Sumsel.
