PLN S2JB Tanggapi dan Klarifikasi Tuntutan Pendemo

PALEMBANG – Melalui Aksi Koalisi Rakyat Sumsel Menggugat, sebanyak 3 orang perwakilan diterima langsung oleh General Manager PLN S2JB di Kantor PLN UP3 Palembang Kapten A. Rivai, Rabu (9/6/2021).

Adapun aksi tersebut mempertanyakan tentang pemutusan sepihak yang dilakukan PLN karena menunggak 1 bulan dan kerugian PLN yang diberitakan. Dalam aksinya Koordinator Aksi,Ruben dan Yan Coga mempertanyakan kebenaran berita tersebut, terlebih lagi di masa pandemic Covid-19. “Kami mempertanyakan mengapa BUMN Negara sekelas PLN bisa terus merugi sedangkan masyarakat dituntut untuk bayar listrik tepat waktu, bahkan satu bulan bisa langsung diputus”.beber Yoga

Menanggapi hal tersebut, General Manager PLN UIW S2JB Bambang Dwiyanto yang didampingi beberapa jajarannya menanggapi hal yang dipertanyakan adalah bentuk perhatian dari masyarakat kepada PLN, menjawab kerugian yang disampaikan dalam tuntutan aksi, dijelaskan Bambang bahwa melalui siaran pers PLN Pusat Tanggal 24 Mei 2021, PLN justru memberitakan laba perusahaan adalah sebesar 5,9T tentunya hal tersebut berkat efisiensi yang telah dilakukan PLN di seluruh Indonesia. Sedangkan untuk sanksi pemutusan adalah sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah sebagai regulator. PLN bahkan memberikan bantuan kepada pelanggan yang tidak mampu di segmen rumah tangga,bisnis,industri,dan sosial berupa stimulus keringanan pembayaran listrik bahkan ada yang gratis.

UJL dan PPJ juga disinggung dalam dialog tersebut, 3 orang perwakilan Aksi _ mempertanyakan kemana larinya uang yang dibayarkan oleh pelanggan. Bambang menegaskan bahwa biaya UJL dan PPJ yang dibayarkan oleh pelanggan ke PLN adalah dari _pelanggan_ dan untuk pelanggan. UJL (uang Jaminan Langganan) adalah sebagai jaminan bagi pelanggan paskabayar dengan skema pembayaran di akhir pemakaian listrik, dan untuk PPJ (Pajak Penerangan Jalan), PLN ditugaskan mengkolektif biaya tersebut di dalam rekening listrik pelanggan setiap bulannya untuk disetorkan ke pemerintah setempat demi kemajuan daerah.

“Kami berterima kasih untuk kehadiran bapak-bapak ke PLN, sehingga kami tahu issue yang beredar di masyarakat luas, kami harap bapak-bapak juga bisa membantu PLN menyampaikan informasi yang benar ke masyarakat luas” tutup Bambang ramah.
