Pengetatan PPKM Mikro, Ini Aturan Naik Kereta Api

PALEMBANG – Mulai 5 sampai dengan 20 Juli 2021 pelanggan Kereta Api jarak jauh di Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera wajib menunjukkan surat keterangan hasil negatif tes RT-PCR maksimal 2×24 jam atau Rapid Test Antigen maksimal 1×24 jam sebelum keberangkatan.

Khusus perjalanan KA jarak jauh di Pulau Jawa, pelanggan juga diharuskan menunjukkan kartu vaksin minimal vaksinasi Covid-19 dosis pertama. Untuk pelanggan di bawah 5 tahun tidak diharuskan menunjukkan hasil RT-PCR atau Rapid Test Antigen.

Mengacu pada SE Kemenhub No 42 Tahun 2021 tentang petunjuk Pelaksanaan Perjalanan Orang Dalam Negeri Dengan Transportasi Perkeretaapian Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19, untuk perjalanan kereta api di Sumatera tidak harus menujukkan kartu vaksin, cukup hasil negative RT PCR/RT Antigen, dan selama masa PPKM Darurat hasil pemeriksaan GeNose sementara tidak berlaku.

“Selain itu setiap pelanggan harus dalam kondisi sehat (tidak menderita flu, pilek, batuk, hilang daya penciuman, diare, dan demam), suhu badan tidak lebih dari 37,3 derajat celsius, serta memakai masker kain 3 lapis atau masker medis yang menutupi hidung dan mulut, ujar Manager Humas PTKAI Divre III Palembang, Aida Suryanti, Jumat (9/7/2021).

Aida menjelaskan, persyaratan tersebut diberlakukan mulai tanggal 5 Juli oleh Kementerian Perhubungan dalam rangka memberikan kesiapan kepada operator transportasi maupun calon pelanggan.

Di Divre III Palembang, KA jarak jauh yang beroperasi adalah KA Bukit Serelo relasi Kertapati – Lubuklinggau (PP), KA Rajabasa relasi Kertapati – Tanjung karang (PP) dan KA Komersial Sindang Marga relasi Kertapati – Lubuk Linggau (PP) yang beroperasi di hari Jum’at dan Minggu. Bagi penumpang yang telah memiliki kode booking/ tiket, KAI menyediakan pemeriksaan Rapid Test Antigen seharga Rp85.000 di stasiun Kertapati, Lahat dan Lubuklinggau.

“Pada saat proses boarding, petugas akan mengecek seluruh persyaratan pelanggan dengan teliti, cermat, dan tegas untuk memastikan pelanggan yang diizinkan naik kereta api benar-benar telah memenuhi syarat yang ditetapkan,” kata Aida.

Bagi pelanggan yang tidak dapat menunjukkan dokumen persyaratan dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan, maka tidak diperbolehkan naik KA dan tiket akan dikembalikan 100%.

Agar tercipta physical distancing, KAI hanya menjual tiket sebanyak 70% dari kapasitas maksimal tempat duduk untuk KA Jarak Jauh. Pelanggan juga tetap wajib mematuhi protokol kesehatan serta menerapkan 3M yaitu memakai masker, mencuci tangan, dan menjaga jarak baik saat berada di stasiun maupun selama dalam perjalanan.
