Issu Dilengsernya Zulinto Tergantung Masukan Sekda

HALOPOS.ID|PALEMBANG – Isu Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palembang, Ahmad Zulinto dimutasi dari posisinya beredar luas. Bahkan isu tersebut langsung mendapat respon dari Ketua Silahturahmi Wong Palembang, Husni Candra

Menurut Husni, harus ada aturan, yakni pertama di dalam Undang-Undang (UU) nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan peraturan komisi nomor 11 tahun 2015 belum ada tegas mengatur tentang masa jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama dalam hal ini kepala dinas.

“Kedua, rekomendasi bukan berarti harus memerintahkan, walaupun ada surat rekomendasi tentunya harus berupa bukti yang otentik,” ujar Husni saat dikonfirmasi, Rabu (19/10/2022).

Sedangkan untuk yang ketiga, menurut Husni harus ada kinerja, prestasi terhadap kepala dinas atau pimpinan tinggi pratama tersebut bagaimana kinerja dia dalam memimpin kepala dinas tersebut dan ini tentunya harus ada assesmen.

Karena, penilaian assesmen di dalam pemerintahan tersebut ada sekda yang menilai dan melaporkannya, oleh karena itu ada beberapa tata cara kerja management terhadap struktur organisasi, baik itu mutasi pemberhentian dan penempatan ASN di dalam Lingkungan pemerintah daerah.

“Memang betul bahwa kepala daerah merupakan PPK dalam urusan ini, namun setidaknya dasar untuk melakukan penempatan pemberhentian, pemutasian ASN, khususnya pimpinan tinggi pratama atau kepala dinas harus di dasari dengan penilaian-penilaian dari assesmen sekretaris daerah, agar dapat memberikan masukannya kepada pimpinan kepala daerah,” terang Husni.

Dikutip dari media sumeks.co pada Selasa (18/10/2022). Isu mutasi Kadisdik kota Palembang, Ahmad Zulinto tersebut dibenarkan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Palembang, Ratu Dewa ketika di rumah dinas Wali Kota Palembang.

Mengenai mutasi jabatan Kadisdik Palembang memang benar, saat ini masih diproses dan SK (Surat Keputusan) masih menunggu Wali Kota Palembang,” kata Ratu Dewa.

Ketika ditanya mengenai alasan dan kapan pemindahan Kadisdik Kota Palembang tersebut, Ratu Dewa menuturkan tunggu saat pelantikan dalam waktu dekat.

“Nanti kita lihat saja info lebih lengkapnya, tunggu satu atau dua hari lagi saat pelantikannya, karena kalau sekarang masih diproses,” tukasnya.
