HALOPOS.ID|PALEMBANG – Video viral yang sempat beredar di kota Palembang tentang Rizky anak Sekolah Dasar yang membanting tulang bekerja sebagai penjual kerupuk nampaknya telah sampai ke Komandan Kodim (Dandim) 0418/Palembang, Kolonel Inf Sumarlin Marzuki.

Bahkan, perwira menengah tertinggi itu pun nampak terketuk pintu hatinya saat menyaksikan langsung video tersebut dan berniat ingin menjadi orang tua asuh dari Rizky

Dengan Sigap, Kolonel Inf Sumarlin Marzuki langsung mendatangi sekolah tempat dimana Rizki belajar yakni di SD Negeri 158 Palembang.

“Karena kita tau videonya Rizki ini sempat viral. Di usia 8 tahun dengan 7 saudara, Rizki yang merupakan anak keempat berusaha mencari rezeki dengan berjualan kerupuk,” kata Kolonel Inf Sumarlin Marzuki, Senin (24/10).

Tidak hanya Rizky, Dandim 0418/Palembang itu juga berniat ingin mengangakat Rizky beserta dua saudaranya lain yakni Akbar dan Selvi sebagai anak asuhnya guna mewujudkan cita-cita.

“Kalau memang orang tua dari Rizky, Akbar dan Selvi memberikan kepercayaan dan amanah kepada kami, InsyaAllah secara pribadi tentunya sangat berharap untuk dapat ikut membantu bersama-sama mewujudkan cita-cita mereka,” ujarnya.

Menurutnya, seorang manusia yang mempunyai tanggung jawab moral memang diharuskan untuk perduli terhadap generasi penerus. “Maka dari ini kita harus siapkan sejak dini guna kepentingan bangsa ini,” tuturnya.

“Kami tentara harus selalu berada di tengah-tengah masyarakat dan memberikan solusi untuk membantu setiap kesulitan dan kendala yang dihadapi masyarakat di luar sana,” tambahnya.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Dandim juga mengajak seluruh masyarakat untuk dapat bergandengan tangan dalam membantu anak-anak dalam mewujudkan cita-citanya.

“Mereka generasi kita, jangan sampai di usia dini mereka sudah harus membanting tulang. Mereka itu harus fokus belajar, harus fokus dalam menyiapkan masa depannya, sehingga mereka bisa menjadi generasi-generasi emas kita nanti,” imbaunya.

“Untuk yang lainnya sudah kami sampaikan kepada Kepala Sekolah, kalau memang ada anak-anak kita memiliki ekonomi yang terbatas, kami secara pribadi maupun kedinasan sesuai dengan perintah dari Pimpinan kami, Jenderal Dudung Abdurahman,” tutup Dandim.
