76 Unit Rumah Warga Pagar Alam di Bedah Untuk Peningkatan Kualitas

PAGARALAM- Upaya Pemerintah Kota Pagar Alam  melalui Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan (DPKP) Kota Pagar Alam dalam Peningkatan Kualitas (PK)  Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) di Kota Pagar Alam terus berlanjut baik itu melalui Program Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya (BSPS) maupun melalui Dana Alokasi Khusus.

Penelusuran media Rabu (23/6/2021) sebanyak 76 unit RTLH bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) di tiga Kelurahan yakni Kelurahan Dempo Makmur, Kelurahan Kuripan Babas serta Kelurahan Alun Dua Kecamatan Pagar Alam Utara mendapatkan bantuan peningkatan kualitas melalui BSPS DAK tahun 2021 atau bedah rumah yang merupakan usulan tahun 2020 lalu.

Pelaksanaan program tersebut diawali dengan peletakan batu pertama serta penyerahan buku rekening oleh Walikota Pagar Alam Alpian Maskoni kepada penerima manfaat di tiga Kelurahan yang menjadi titik lokasi program BSPS tersebut.

Plt Kepala DKPP Kota Pagaralam, David Kenedi mengatakan, bahwasanya pada tahun 2021 ini ada sebanyak 276 RTLH yang akan ditingkatkan kualitasnya dengan rincian 200 RTLH melalui Program BSPS Reguler dan 76 RTLH melalui Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK).

“Namun yang sudah bisa direalisasikan baru 76 RTLH yang bersumber dari DAK 2021, 21 Unit di Kelurahan Kuripan Babas, 25 Unit di Kelurahan Dempo Makmur dan 30 Unit di Kelurahan Alun Dua,”terang David.

Dan adapun mekanismenya, David menjelaskan, bahwa pemilik rumah atau penerima manfaat mendapatkan bantuan sebesar 20 Juta rupiah dengan rincian Rp 17,5 juta berupa bahan atau material dan 2,5 juta untuk upah tukang.
“Sementara waktu pelaksanaanya sendiri selama tiga bulan ke depan,”ucap David.

Dirinya berharap,dengan semakin banyaknya bantuan stimulan untuk peningkatan kualitas ini makan tidak ada lagi RTLH di Kota Pagar Alam,Sehingga tinggal fokus pada bantuan swadaya untuk Pembangunan Baru.

“Karena masih banyak juga warga  tidak mampu di Pagar Alam yang belum  memiliki rumah bahkan banyak juga yang backlog atau satu rumah dua Kepala Keluarga,”ujarnya lagi.

Sementara Walikota Pagar Alam Alpian Maskoni menambahkan, dengan adanya bantuan bersifat stimulan ini,sedikitnya dapat meringankan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas hunian (rumah) agar terkesan layak untuk dihuni.

“Pemkot Pagar Alam pun akan terus berupaya untuk mendapatkan program bantuan ini agar tidak ada lagi RTLH di Pagar Alam,” imbuhnya.
