Pertamina Diminta Tegas Dengan Mobil Siluman Isi Minyak di SPBU

PALEMBANG – Polisi masih mendalami kasus SPBU yang melakukan pengisian BBM subsidi jenis solar ke mobil tangki siluman di Musi Rawas Utara (Muratara), Sumatera Selatan. Polisi juga meminta pihak Pertamina untuk tegas dan meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap SPBU terkait penyaluran BBM bersubsidi.

“Perlu juga komitmen dan pengawasan Pertamina untuk tegas kepada SPBU terkait penyaluran BBM subsidi,” kata Wadirreskrimsus Polda Sumsel, AKBP Ferry Harahap, Sabtu (3/10/2021).

Ferry mengaku, pihaknya akan tegas menindak oknum petugas atau pengelola SPBU yang menyalurkan BBM subsidi yang menyimpang. Terlebih lagi, BBM bersubsidi dijual kembali oleh penimbun.

“Ini harus ditindak tegas karena melakukan penyimpangan bbm subsidi, terutama akan dijual lagi ke tempat-tempat produksi yang tidak tepat sasaran,” imbuhnya.

Ferry juga menyampaikan, Polda Sumsel akan berkoordinasi dengan Polres Muratara dalam menuntaskan kasus ini.

“Kami segera selidiki dan sampaikan ke Polres Muratara,” terangnya.

Terkait hal itu, Polres Muratara akan memeriksa pihak SPBU Rupit dan Pertamina pada Senin (4/10). Mobil dengan tanki siluman itu sudah diamankan, pemiliknya, SA (45), masih diperiksa secara intensif.

“Masih kami periksa, Senin (4/10) jadwalnya SPBU Rupit, dan selanjutnya pihak Pertamina. Saat ini SA (pemilik mobil) masih kita periksa, belum ditetapkan tersangka. Kami masih mengklarifikasi, mengumpulkan bukti-bukti lainnya,” jelas Dedi.

Pertamina ketika dimintai konfirmasi terkait sanksi apa yang akan di berikan kepada pihak SPBU menyerahkan proses hukum sepenuhnya ke Kepolisian.
“Kasus ini kan sudah diamankan aparat penegak hukum, masuk ranah hukum. Kita ikuti prosesnya,” kata Area Manager Communication, Relation, & CSR Pertamina Sumbagsel Umar Ibnu Hasan, Sabtu (2/10).

Menurutnya, SPBU merupakan suatu perusahaan waralaba. Karena itu, pihaknya masih menunggu kepastian hukum dari kepolisian. Termasuk tindakan apa yang nantinya akan diberikan kepada pengelolanya.

Pertamina, menurutnya, tentu tidak akan melakukan pembiaran dan akan memberikan sanksi apabila SPBU tersebut memang terbukti melanggar atau tidak mematuhi SOP pengisian bahan bakar yang sudah ditetapkan.

“Kalau soal pelanggaran SOP itu, case by case dia. Karena kaitannya dengan hubungan usaha. Dimulai dari sanksi administratif yang paling ringan. Kalau masuk ranah hukum, kita tunggu prosesnya berjalan,” jelas Umar.(DC)
